Our PAT practice papers are withdrawn
Oxford retired the Physics Aptitude Test after the October 2025 sitting, so the practice papers we wrote for it are withdrawn rather than rebuilt. Candidates for Oxford Physics and Engineering now sit the ESAT.

Why the page is empty
There were twenty questions here. They were written before our ESAT standard existed, and practice for a test nobody will sit again is not worth bringing up to it. They are kept, not deleted, and nothing on this page will ask you to wait for them.
What to use instead
The PAT overlaps the ESAT more than its name suggests: both reward speed on the same core mathematics and physics, and the method matters more than the topic list on either. Oxford Physics still keeps the official past PAT papers online and says they remain useful for interview preparation.
